How do I earn rewards? 
Our rewards program is currently visit-based. Each visit is tracked and counted towards earning rewards. Your visit is registered and counted when you pay for your food and beverage purchase. After each 6 visits, a reward will be earned.  You may also receive personalized perks sometimes as an added reward! Payment for purchases can only be credited to one account. Split payments can be applied to only one account.

Upon joining, your account will be credited with a $5 REWARD to be used for any non-alcohol purchases.

Is this a points-based system?
No, our loyalty program is currently visit-based. You will earn a visit credit each time you dine in with us or order online through our website.

Is there an age restriction for the rewards program?
You must be at least 18 yrs. old to participate in the Compadre Club Rewards program.
 
How do I redeem my rewards?
Notification that you have earned a reward will be sent to the email associated with your Compadre Club account. Rewards will also be visible on your account when you sign in to your account using the Compadre Club link on our website. To redeem your rewards, please notify your Server that you are a Compadre Club member when you pay for your purchase — give them your Compadre Club Card or the phone number associated with your account.

How are rewards distributed? 
All rewards notifications are sent via email and will be pre-loaded into your Compadre Club account. You can view your rewards in your Compadre Club account . This includes any rewards you’ve earned by repeat visits, your birthday reward and any specials or credits that are sent out exclusively to our Compadre Club members.

How will I be notified about my Compadre Birthday Reward? 
The birthday reward notification will be sent out by email the Monday of your birthday week. The reward will be automatically loaded into your account. You can view your reward on the Monday of your birthday week in your account when you sign in to your account using the Compadre Club link on our website.

Can I use my rewards to purchase my favorite margarita? 
No, allowing rewards credits to be used to purchase alcoholic beverages is against the law.

Do reward have expiration dates? 
Most rewards have expiration dates, but not all of them. Be sure to read the details so you don’t miss a reward.

How are visits tracked? 
When paying for your purchase in the restaurant, be sure to give your Server your Compadre Club Card or the phone number associated with your Comadre Club account. Your Server will credit your visit when they process the payment for your food and beverage purchases.

Do I get credit for Take Out, Curbside and To Go visits? 
Our system keeps tabs on your rewards using the phone number on your account and your account number. When you order takeout, curbside or delivery, your order will be credited as a visit if you place the order through our website using the same phone number that is associated with your Compadre Club account.

Do I get credit for Delivery orders? 
Again, our system keeps tabs on your rewards using the phone number on your account and your account number. If you place a delivery order through our website using the same phone number that is associated with your Compadre Club account, you will get credit for the visit. Orders placed with third-party delivery services do not qualify for rewards credit because they originate outside of our system. Please order delivery through our website if you’d like your order to count as a rewards visit.

How can I check my visits?
Compadre Club visit count can be viewed by logging into your Compadre Club account through our website.
