Food Truck Contract

• A $350 deposit is needed to confirm the event.

• There is a $1,600 food and beverage guaranteed pre-tax minimum required to secure the Tito’s Food Truck.

• Event cost is based on 5 hours of food service unless otherwise specified.

• The deposit will go toward the overall food and beverage total due for your event.

• To reserve the Tito’s Food Truck, make a deposit or pay a bill, please contact us Tito’s office at 615-761-0999.

• Any additional fees for food, beverages or services that you may add at the event must be paid for at the conclusion of your event. Prices, terms, and conditions are subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified no less than 30 days prior to your event.

• No adjustments to the approved menu are allowed.

• Tito’s accepts checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.


Does Tito's Food Truck require a special place to park?

• Clients are responsible for guaranteeing a private parking area for the Tito’s Food Truck. When deciding where the Tito’s Food Truck will be parked, please allow for maximum space for maneuverability.

• The truck requires 60 feet of parking space, with 14 feet overhead clearance and 11 feet wide clearance.

• The truck should be parked on a firm, level surface.

• Be sure to keep clear approximately 28 feet in width for the Tito’s Food Truck to depart.

• Please be aware that some areas may be inaccessible due to narrow or steep roads or driveways and low overhanging trees. If for any reason Tito’s Food Truck is unable to park at the event, all deposits for the event will be retained by Tito’s.

• The client is responsible for obtaining the food truck location and any necessary permits.

• The client guarantees a legal, permitted parking area for the Tito’s Food Truck.

• A map of how to get to your location and where you want the truck placed is appreciated.

• If the appointed site is not suitable and another site is available, Tito’s maintains the right to relocate the truck to an alternate site.

• If there are any questions or concerns about whether or not the Tito’s Food Truck will be able to park at your event, please consult with the Tito’s representative when reserving your event.

What if I have to cancel my Tito's Food Truck reservation?

100% of an event deposit will be refunded if the event is cancelled 7 days before the event. No deposit will be refunded if Tito’s is notified of cancellation less than 5 days before the event.

What if I have to reschedule my Tito's Food Truck event?

All event rescheduling should be done by notifying Tito’s no later than 7 days from the event in order for the event not to be considered a cancellation.

This contract provides the scope, description and understanding of the responsibilities and obligations of Tito’s Mexican Restaurant and the undersigned client for the mobile cuisine event to be held on the date and venue address below. A separate menu for this event is part of this contract and subject to this agreement.
